Am I stuck...or just shifting my weight around?

I almost to my goal...I've lost nearly 70 lbs since March, and I'm feeling great
BUT...I want to lose this last 20 pound to reach my goal, and it has been REALLY hard to get this last bit to come off!
When I look in the mirror I starting to see definition I want to see, and pants I bought 3 weeks ago to replace my "fat pants" are starting to fit too loose to wear...so I'm losing inches
But my weight has been about the same for 4 weeks...what's up with that?
Right now I'm at 1300 base calories and I do a two hour workout 6 days a week
So the question is...am I stuck and need to look more closely at my diet...or is my workout, adding extra muscle weight and I shouldn't worry so much about the pounds, as long as I keep losing inches
