:smile: Has anyone tried Isagenix. Does it work? Any info will be helpful. Please post.

    Yes I did that a number of years ago. Yes it does work but like any cleanse a lot of what you lose is just water weight. Also that cleanse is very little calories so working out is not really possible during that time. You would be better off doing a 3 days Shakeology cleanse which provides a lot more nutrition and allows for extra food when needed. Good luck whatever you chose.

    I recently completed the Isagenix 30 day cleanse. I had great results. To my understanding the 9 day is good but if you really want to change your habits the 30 day is great for that. Good Luck!

    I'm on the 9-day cleanse right now and so far so good. I'm on day 2 of full-day cleanse and I don't feel hungry. I think you should do it! I've already lost 2 pounds.
