Hello everyone, so this is my first stab into the 'electronic' world of weight loss. I got the app on my droid and figured why not! I have been on every diet out there, at least I feel like it! I really want to get healthy. I am a fitness instructor and have been for awhile now. But, when your body is use to something it is no big deal. I need to go outside my routine and push forward to get this 25 pounds off for good. I am full proof that you CANNOT work off a bad diet! I have lost the weight and put it back on + more at least 3 times. I am not sure how this works, but any acquaintenances I can make and help in my journey would be great! Here's to getting the fat off & keeping it off!

Your determination & dedication are going to be the keys to your success.
I started MFP in a similar manner. I was tired of being overweight and noticed this application available for my Droid phone. I said, "what the heck, let's try it." That was last December and 61-pounds ago. As far as I'm concerned, MFP was a tremendous help.
A few months later I discovered the whole online community that complements the phone app. This is where the fun is. There are so many encouraging words from people in the same situation as me to help me get through the day to stick to my calorie count and exercise plan.
