I was putting in that I ate Chinese-chicken and brocolli and I can't seem to find whether or not rice is included in the recipe. Does anyone know? Even so, I don't think it differentiated which kind of rice I picked (white steamed btw).

Thank you.

I'd assume it's not unless it's stated that it is.

How many calories per serving for the one you picked?

Rice is separate and should be counted on its own.

I would count the rice seperately. Also..have you tried brown rice? I have pretty much quit eating white rice because brown is so yummy.

Any rice is considered a side item. It is not part of the dish itself. Unless you make your own, and then you can include it as an ingredient when you calculate your recipe.
