Kelly's Chili
Serves 12

Ingredients:
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cumin
1 large can tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 onion, chopped
2 cans kidney beans
2 black beans
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 lb. extra lean ground turkey or chicken
2 cups low sodium beef stock
1 tbsp cumin


Preparation Instructions:
Prep: Peel and chop garlic and onions. Seed and chop peppers.
In a 6-quart stock pot, heat coconut oil over medium heat. Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour or put in slow cooker for about 4 hours.
