Hi I just started MFP. I started doing the old Weight Watchers program on Tuesday but I was getting confused because the new point system and old point system is different. Somebody one of the message boards about weight watchers gave a link to this website. Today I logged everything I ate on MFP and even what I plan to have for dinner. I came up that I had 238 calories left to eat and 45 grams of carbs and 9 grams of fat left but I will have went over my protein count by -4?. I'm nervous because I normally don't do well on plans that have allot of carbs in them even if there good carbs. I will test out what I have been doing all week and keep logging and see what the scale says. I don't mind being under in calories because I will normally make them up on Friday or Saturday so it usually works out. My goal is to loose 60 pounds. Good Luck to us all !!!
