EYE OPENER! MY NSV

I just saw a picture of myself from Dec. 2009, which is about 2 months before I realized how fat I had become....... and then a picture from this past saturday night at a friends birthday....... I am just going to saw WOW!!!!!!!!!!! It still amazes me to know that I looked in the mirror every day and was ok with what I saw and was slowly killing myself in the process. :bigsmile: :drinker: :smooched: :smokin: :flowerforyou: :explode: :happy: :laugh:

Thank you all! It is so scary to look at old pictures. This one actually popped up on an old friends Facebook account and I saw it and just about died! But it is definitely motivation! First goal is in sight, second goal by The end of the year and I know I can do it thanks to MFP and all the wonderful suuport here! :smooched:
