I'm new to the board having joined just this past weekend.
This is still the honeymoon stage and I'm logging everything I eat, checking details multiple times a day and feeling very positive. Here's to keeping that feeling going for the duration.
My goal is to drop down to a healthy race weight for Ironman Canada 2012 in August next year. I did the race in 2010 also and while I was certainly in okay shape, I was carrying weight that only slowed me down and made it more difficult. I don't want that problem this year. I want to go in lean and fit and well fueled.
I'm looking forward to chatting with folks and getting into a groove that benefits all of us.
Good things and less weight ahead!
