Is it safe to take a multivitamin if you eat relatively healthy? or would it be safer to analyze my diet and then purchase individual vitamin's that I'm lacking?

Mmmm... good question! I eat healthy but I am afraid that since I am eating mostly the same foods all week, I might lack something. So I "just in case" drink multivitamin pill.0
