....What's for dinner?

Chinese take out here-- I just can't cook tonight! Going with egg drop soup and steamed veggies.

:)

What are YOU having? (To give me ideas for other nights!)

Leftovers.....I go to the deli at the local grocery store here, and the dinner is always big enough for 2 meals. Salmon, mashed potatoes and corn for me tonight. good comfort food!

I made homemade Turkey Chilli, basically just followed my regular recipe but used ground turkey instead of ground beef and I got the PC Blue menu diced tomatoes and red kidney beans which have NO SALT ADDED!!! It tasted SO good and my fiance couldn't tell I'd used turkey instead of beef! Yummo! I think it was like 284 cals per serving...not 100% sure but it was really tasty and really good and good for you! I'm making homemade chicken soup with dumplings for dinner tomorrow. I use low sodium broth and whole wheat pasta, just a couple ideas!

I LOVE Campbells Chunky Irish Stew, which is 98% fat-free - my favourite warmer (it's still cold here....) is 2 cups of peas/broccoli/spinach and a half can of stew stirred in - delish! so that's what I'm having :o)
