Hi, my name is DVCMEMBA and I am excited about getting in shape with my husband GrumpE(name on myfitnesspal). This is the first time we are doing this together.....I have always dieted alone :-(

    Hello. I am new to this site. I couldnt figure out how to post other than with a reply. (Sorry) It is greats to have a hubby/wife team. I am sure it would help when the going got tough. I just turned 50 and want to get my "groove" back.:laugh: This site was recommended by a coworker. I am on day two and love it. One problem I am having is not getting enough calories. in. My goal is 1200 a day. I can do that but when I exercise they add calories. Thoughts on this do you guys eat the extra calories or not?
