Im planning on splitting my workout tomorrow into two sessions...morning and evening. I want to do arms strength training in one session and a cardio session for the other. Does anyone know which is better to do when? Cardio in the morning or weights in the morning? Not even sure if it matters but I can't decide what I want to do first....any info/ help would be appreciated.

I don't think when it's that far apart it mater that much, but generally lifting first is preferred.0

i always do a small cardio before and after my weight sessions0

Cardio in the am and weight lifting in the pm. After getting some good calories in you, you are more like to be stronger in the evening, be able to lift more and therefore create more muscle and a bigger burn!0

i'd prob go with AM cardio and PM lifting as well0

I like this too, as I always run in the mornings0 -
I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to do the exact schedule he has mapped out, but this is a pretty solid Splits plan. I'm working on it and it seems to be pretty manageable if you are not able to spend long lengths of time at the gym:
