Under MY HOME, click Goals.
Click "Change Goals" near the bottom center of the page.
Select "Guided" and click "Continue"
At the bottom of the pages under "What is your goal" select in the drop down "Maintain my current weight" then click "Update profile" that will give you your maintenance calories.0 -

Just remember that if you've "customized" your macro-nutrient ratios (protein more than 15% etc) updating through guided will reset your ratios to the default. So don't forget to edit those on the custom goals page.0
