Hi all, I've just started today and really looking for support with the workout bit, Yuk!! but I understand nothing good comes easy so I guess I best go and do my 40mins now since I've already logged that I did it today.

    Welcome! I'm a relative newbie myself (less than two weeks here), but can tell you you're gonna love it. The tools are great and the people are better.

    Welcome, I have been using this site for about nine months now...I just got my daughter to sign up....she seems to like logging in her food and her exercise. Good luck, if you need any encouragement, just ask and you will get many responses.

    I started on Monday! I am finding that just logging what you eat is a big help! You learn portion sizes and how many calories in everything. I have had to struggle to get up to my calorie goal mainly because I have been eating fruits and vegetables. I have found that if I meet my protein goal then I do not get hungry. I am dropping weight too fast so I need to increase my calories.

    Welcome :) I just started about a week ago and I am already addicted to it. I love the calorie tracker. It really seems to keep me aware of what I am eating. I wish I would have known about this site back in January when I started my weight loss journey. I'd probably be at my goal if I would have.
