Hi Everyone!
I just created this workout today, and was wondering if anyone has any feedback? My goal was time-efficient and balanced with full body strength and cardio, an emphasis on core.

30 Minute Fitness!
1 minute basic crunches
1 minute bicycle crunches
1 minute basic push ups
2 minutes basic lunges, alternating legs
2 minutes basic squats with french press
2 minutes cardio
2 minutes lunges with bicep curls
2 minutes cardio
2 minutes T-pose or leg raise with rear delt fly
1 minutes shoulder press
repeat squat with french press
repeat cardio
repeat lunges with biceps
repeat cardio
repeat T pose with rear delt fly
repeat shoulder press
1 minute plank
30 seconds each side, side plank
1 minute back extensions

1 I'm not really sure about the calories
2 don't panic about not being able to do it, you aren't counting reps, so if you need to slow down it's okay, just work as hard as you can.0
