I just had a baby 6 weeks ago. I have lost all my baby weight but before I got pregnant I was very over weight although I teach Zumba. I was fit enough to do that but not what I wanted to be at. I want to lose weight not at the media thinks I need to be but at what I feel most comfortable at. All positive help and suggested are welcomed.
