making mini-goals

Hi, I have noticed that some people have mini-goals listed when they respond to forum topics. I have been looking, and have not found where you can set them. Can someone help me find where you can make these mini-goals?

    Look just up here ^^^^ and click on 'signature'.

    You can write just about anything in there!!!

    You can also join challenges in the motivation or exercise boards. :) Watch for ones that are open as there are lots of closed ones.. it's not personal just they've been running a while or are deemed full.

    Just remember.. don't get peeved if you don't quite make the goal it's there to keep you motivated not trash your motivation if you miss it by a 1lb or 2.
