My wife and I did this last year for 5 months and had great results. The summer and holidays made us realize we needed this site again as we fell into old habits, so, we're back on track and using this site again. Hope to have some good news in the weeks to come. That cute little girl in my ticker is my granddaughter. Beautiful right!
