Exercise Routine - Burn Calories

Can anybody give me an example of a good exercise routine?? What are good exercises to burn calories?? I have started to go to the gym 3 times a week.
I normally do 20 mins on the cross trainer, 10 mins on the stepper climbing about 30 plus floors. About 20-30 on the curves circuit and finish with a few situps.
