I'm seeing alot of people talk about this and the 3 levels????? But can't seem to find out how to set it up. Is it trough MFP or another site?

    It Jillian Michaels 30 day shred you can buy the workout DVD and it has 3 levels on it. I bought it at Walmart.

    I think I saw a few people say they do the 30 day shred by getting the videos off youtube too. It'saround $9 at Walmart or any other place that sells workout videos.

    The videos are on youtube, and it is not hard to erm *torrent* them >_> <_<

    Do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for days, etc.
