Boiled would be the only healthy option I know of, in Louisiana, pretty much everything is in a sauce or fried!0

well they would be good in a salad to add something to it. but yeah they are mostly a sauce food that i can think of. but when i say that i always think that you can grill anything. you can do sweet sour shrimp i think by taking them and grilling with fresh pineapple chunks or you can go the other way and do a mexican shrimp dash of cheyanne green peppers and onions with a little bit of cumin to taste. what kind of mood are you in?0

My favorite is shrimp sauteed in olive oil with spices like garlic and onion powder and some cayenne to kick it up. Then when the shrimp is almost done I add a few peanuts and toast a bit then serve over a bed of fresh baby spinach. It is sooo yummy.0

I stir fry them with a little garlic and ginger and then add soy sauce and vinegar. Once cooked. I add some chilli garlic sauce and serve with angel hair noodles and vegetables. Yummo!0

For shrimp taco salad just sautee the shrimp in a little chili powder, onion and garlic powder, and olive oil, and serve over a bed of salad. Could crunch up a few fat free tortilla chips and serve with guacamole and ff sour cream. That sounds good I might try that this wekend!
