I did 220 with 15 pound weights.0

I did 40 on Friday and realized my legs were gonna be hurting come sat and on Saturday I had to run 12 miles for my half marathon training. So I stopped at 40. However, today I did 100 per leg with 5lb weights. I'm just hoping to be able to walk tomorrow!!0
