INGREDIENTS
10 ounces skim milk or plain soy milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 medium banana
DIRECTIONS
Make it: In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Use 6 ice cubes for a thicker consistency.

well peanut butter is about 100 cal per tbsp for regualr creamy
skim milk is about 90 cal per cup
and a medium banana runs about 100 ish
so for something between 250 and 300 not bad.0 -

I do the Peanut Butter Smoothie and the first time I did it I found it tasted too much like banana so now I just do:
4oz skim milk
1 tbsp all natural PB
1/2 banana (eat other other half)
Ice
