Okay so I started out strong and have slowly started fading back into my old routine and not losing any weight for the past couple weeks. Very discouraging but all i have to do is look at my diary and I know exactly why im not losing! I lost focus but am getting back up and plan to drop the last 34lbs by Feb 1, 2012! I have gotten the rest of my family to join MFP and I need to set a good example! Mini goal is to drop 20lbs by my 24th birthday at the end of November. Wish me luck, here i go again!

I know how that goes... I have done the same thing, get on track and then fall off, but gotta get right back on! Good Luck! :)

I have done this so many times, falling off the wagon and getting back on. You are always so gung-ho to start and you do everything a little TOO right, too many gym days, too much telling yourself not to eat that. And you get discouraged. I have taken a different approach this time (the right appraoch). I am trying to get to the gym 3 times a week, more is a bonus. I am also not giving up anything food wise either, just everything in moderation. Good Luck!
