Insanity progression!

I've finished my recovery week in Insanity, it was amazing :) Today was the start of month 2 which means fit test! I just finished it actually and it's the 3rd time doing it this time. Here are my results! :)
Switch kicks: 65 to 70 to 85
power knee: 45 to 50 to 50
power jump: 22 to 25 to 33
globe jump: 8 to 10 to 10
suicide jump: 15 to 15 to 16
push up jacks: 17 to 20 to 23
Low Plank Oblique: 50 to 50 to 58

So far I've lost 5 pounds, gained muscle in my arms, legs and shoulders and my stomach is more toned than ever! Can't wait to see what results month 2 brings :)

Insanity works! I may not have lost 20 pounds and 15+ inches but I've toned, and become stronger. My cardio is way higher than before so if you're thinking about trying Insanity, go for it :) !!
