How do you post pics?

I am VERY proud of myself for how far I've come and want to post my before and after pictures here but not sure how to do that. I don't see the option to add a photo or insert a pic or download from computer so how do I get my pics on here? Help!

    Gotta upload the pic somewhere like tinypic, flickr or photobucket and take the direct url they give you and post it in between

    here

    But keep the IMG lowercase if you want image to appear.

    You can't directly upload into MFP.

    Create an account on something like photobucket and upload your pictures there. Select the IMG Code for the picture then copy and paste it into the topic you are replying to (but change the IMG to img)

    Example:
    caffeinecat.jpg (Change the IMG to img) and you get:

    caffeinecat.jpg
