Hi. I am a newbie;)
I started this app on my phone 6 weeks ago. I have lost 14lbs so far! I'm excited from the results. However, I noticed that losing so much in a short period of time has caused way more skin saggage under my arms. What kind of exercises can I do to tighten it up.....or is it even possible to get rid of that much loose skin? I've tried weights, but it seems to have made my skin hang even worse.
