Tiramisu for Two - 167 Calories each
I received this recipe from Kraft Foods website and converted it to use reduced fat/lite/sugar free ingredients.
12 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers
2 Tbsp hot water
1 tsp leftover coffee
2 Jell-o Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding snacks
1/4 Cup Cool Whip Lite Fat Free
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Reserve 2 wafers for later use. Coarsely crush remaining wafer and spoon into 2 dishes. Mix water with coffee and drizzle over the wafer crumbs in the dishes. Top with pudding, then cool whip, then cocoa powder. Garnish with remaining wafers.

I haven't tried it yet but it has to be good, right?
