Maintaining motivation to exercise

I'm feeling great after exercising! I'm wondering why I don't make the time to do this everyday???? I felt good doing it and I'm super energized and feeling fantastic afer! What can I do to motivate myself to exercise EVERY DAY? Why do I make excuses not to exercise when I know I enjoy it, feel great after, and it will help me reach my long term weight loss and health goals?

Whenever I don't feel like exercising I log on and look at the before and after pics. Great motivation.
Then I tell myself, just 10 minutes...and once I am 10 minutes in I feel so good I always keep going!0 -
Everyone's motivation is different. It does come down to your goals and how badly you want to reach your goals. Got the same rude awakening this morning of how bad I want to achieve my goals.0

Something always gets in the way. Schedule your workout on your calendar. Wake up and throw your workout clothes on first thing in the morning. Find a friend that will text you every day. JUST DO IT!0

Just force yourself and soon you will crave the exercise. I'll take an endorphin high over anything, any day! :happy:0

It is really just habit for me now. Just keep it up and eventually you will feel weird if you don't exercise every day.0
