I'm tempted to see this guy in person. He comes to a town about an hour away from me fairly regularly to speak. I have a video of him talking on one of my yoga DVDs and he's very interesting.

Although to answer the question, I'd probably call Dr. Oz and ask him if he's really a doctor and where he got his "degree".
