So next week is Employee Appreciation Week at my job, and I am in charge of the prizes. I work at Pepsi/Dr Pepper and we have about 20 employees, and all but 1 are men. They all drive the delivery trucks or stock product so they are pretty "manly" or at least like to think of themselves that way!

I have about $800 to play around with. So far I am thinking a $349 Dell computer and a $200 8GB iPod for the 2 bigger prizes and I have no idea what to do for the smaller ones. I would like to find 3 or 4 other smaller things that are $50-75 each but I have no ideas! We can't do any gift cards due to company policy so that isn't an option. Suggestions please!!!!

What about tickets to football game or something...granted, they'd be cheap seats; but who cares...it's football!

i think football tix are a great idea. even if the guys like a different team, who'd turn down a pair of free tix?!

sucks that you cant do gift cards. i'm assuming that gift certificates are also against the rules? (that rules out certs to a local bar or a carwash...)

maybe put together a basket of car stuff (think tire spray, window and leather wipes, etc... armorall has tons along that line) guys like a clean car/truck lol

maybe a "football sunday" basket with chips and salsa, beef jerkey, a 6 pack of beer, foam finger, etc

also an idea for smaller prizes might be movies. walmart and fye usually have great deals where you can pick up films for under $13....grab a few action flicks and popcorn to go with them?

You can get some MP3 players for around $50. I also second the tools.
