Question for Shredders

I've had the 30DS DVD for a few years now and have never stuck with it for more than a few days due to soreness. I'm feeling motivated again, but am curious about how y'all did it. Did you do it every day for 30 days? Every other day for 60 days? Did you do other workouts during this time? What were your results like?

I've seen a lot of great 30DS results threads lately, but am curious HOW those were attained.

    I tried to do each level during the work week while at work on my lunch break. Weekends were too busy doing other stuff. Towards the last couple of weeks I did throw in some beginner pilates that concetrated on lower body a couple of times a week and Jillian Micheals 6 week sixpack on some days but only half of level one in that work out, approx. 15 min. I also walked at least 15 minutes every day and rode my bike at various times.

    lol @ freshstart4me. I was thinking the same thing. Sorry Jgic2009, I don't know what the 30DS is. I'm going to google it now. Good luck!

    I lost 12.5 inches my first round with it, I just pushed through and did it for 30 days. If you really really can't manage that, then try the every other day thing and get yourself into some kind of rhythm, just don't STOP!!!!
  • I do it everyday in addition to my turbofire routine. However, i did not do 10 10 and 10. i stayed with level one for 14 days, i ve just hit day 12 for level 2 but am not ready to move up to 3. I love it though and when I do complete it i m still going to do it. It is amazing.

  • I just started 30day shred and am happy to read others do other excerises while doing 30day shred because I was thinking about throwing some Turbo Jam or the Insanity Abs (20mins) DVD I have .. I haven't done it yet but I am going to try it tonight with 30day shred and see how far I can get !! I need some serious results before my 4yr wedding anniversary
