Hey everyone. So I started the 30 day shred two days ago (Wednesday) and wow! What a killer work out. Thank the lord it's only 20 minutes though. Anyways the reason I started this was because so many people on the message boards were talking about how great it is and how much of a different the 30 days does to your body. I have seen some people progress pictures and WOW! That is amazing. I think ultimately that is what really drove me to give this a try. Thank you so much for posting your progress picture! I took my day one pictures and cannot wait to compare the pictures at the end. I will be posting them on here for sure so that hopefully I can motivate others just like I have been motivated. Now let me get to my point... Is there anyone else who is currently doing the 30 Day Shred?? If so what day are you on and how are you feeling about it?? If you are close to the amount of days that I am on (currently today will be day 3) then add me as a friend so we can keep each other motivated to finish it out and compare are success. I love the way Jillian kicks my butt!! and I know others know exactly what I’m talking about. Thanks for your time guys and let’s keep on keeping on.

  • I started my 2nd round on Monday. I am already down 2.2 pounds. The first time I did it I lost five inches in the first week! Make sure you take measurements! It is a killer workout and it works!! Good luck to you!

@sarah: That is awesome! another reason for me to continue with the work out. Yes i have to take measurements. The only issue is I don’t have a measuring tool besides a retractable tape measure. haha I've been measuring with a belt and then measuring that distance with the tape measure so I’m not too sure how accurate that is.

@Jayne: You started today? so you're not too far from me I’m only two days ahead of you. :) Don't forget to take pictures and measurements. The ones who didn't really kick them self’s in the end because it's always an awesome thing to see progress after all that hard work.

@Krysydawn: I know you’re doing it! You're post have motivated me a lot. Not to mention how frequently your status say's you lost another pound! WTG! Level one is hard for me so I can only imagine how much I’m going to die in level 2 or 3. haha

@Dawnvs: It's a DVD video hosted my Jillian Michaels off of the Biggest Loser. I don't think there is a instruction post on this topic. But I could be wrong.

I'm on technically day 7, but I restarted this week because I was majorly slacking last time I did it, so I'm on day 4 of the Shred. I absolutely love it! Jillian kicks your butt six ways to Sunday, but it makes me feel great afterwards and I can really feel myself getting stronger and fitting better into my clothes.

Feel free to add me, I'd love more support and am happy to give it out! :)

I am so glad that my posts motivate you in your journey!! Its a rough road and the more support we can get, the better!! I know you will make it through this routine. Keep your head up, smile and keep going, everyday... even when you want to stop, puke and die.. Every moment is worth the blood, sweat and tears you put into it! :)
