I've never actually been in a drive thru, but now I'm thinking about it.

By backwards, do you mean reversing through the right way (backwards forwards), driving normally the wrong way (forwards backwards), or reversing through the wrong way (backwards backwards)

Why did he do it? Does he have a RHD car? Was the passenger the one ordering? Just to be silly?

Reversing through the normal way or really any way that would be odd! lol

Oh I didn't think about that!

I drove the car through the normal path like all the other cars, but I was driving in reverse. So I was facing the car behind me.
Also went to a drive up bank teller.

My dad used to drive his buddy to the bank and would go the "wrong" direction because his friend was in the passenger sat and he needed to deal with the teller. He did it twice, then the signs went up at the bank: "Enter Only" and "Exit Only"

This world would be boring if we didn't break the rules every once in a while. Seems harmless to me!!!! lol
