    Run on a treadmill in front of people at the gym. It feels great now, I feel so strong :)

    I am able to put on my underwear without being seated or leaning against something. One foot in one leg and the second goes immediately into the other leg :laugh:

    Tie my shoes without getting out of breath or holding my breath because my diaphram wouldn't move...hahaha!!

    I don't cringe when I see my reflection or pictures of myself! And I'm going out dancing tonight, something I would have been WAY too self conscious to do before.
