Smile at my naked reflection. Even though I'm still not perfect, and there are changes I want to make, I'm now proud of my body. I know what it's capable of.0

Run on a treadmill in front of people at the gym. It feels great now, I feel so strong0

Track my food intake and macro nutrients
Walk onto a soccer field with confidence that i'm as athletic as the players

I am able to put on my underwear without being seated or leaning against something. One foot in one leg and the second goes immediately into the other leg :laugh:0

Tie my shoes without getting out of breath or holding my breath because my diaphram wouldn't move...hahaha!!0

I wear heels!0

Smile at myself in the dressing room of a store instead of sulking and feeling terrible hahah. I'm not completely there yet, but it's been a lot more fun shopping than it has been the past couple years.0

I don't cringe when I see my reflection or pictures of myself! And I'm going out dancing tonight, something I would have been WAY too self conscious to do before.0
