What if you don't use all your allotted calories? I have like 160 left but do not wish to eat if I'm not hungry! Yesterday I was over my 1200 lol Does it offset?

You don't HAVE to eat if you're full lol. Eat if you're hungry but if not then don't you should however generally speaking not eat any less then 1200. Maybe add peanut butter or cook with some olive oil if you find it hard to make it to 1200. =]0

It's not a huge deal once in a while. It will take somewhere between 24-48 hours for your metabolism to be affected, so as long as you aren't below 1200 on a regular basis it probably won't make much of a difference. I've also read about people on here reconciling their calories throughout the week, so going a little over yesterday and being a little under today will probably balance out.0
