    Right now I've been pretty lazy and have just been eating subway LOL I know eventually I will have to start cooking and am dreading it :ohwell:

    Well I am a single mom. . So I either make up food ahead and freeze it, or I buy things like fish individually wrapped. . ( Swai and tilapia at walmart), shrimp walmart frozen, and then I buy things that cook up quick like cous cous, quinoa is good. . .

    Im not single but i have to cook a seperate meal for myself, i have given up red meat so that counts me out for what everyone else is eating, and no one else is interested in loosing weight or eating healthier so i cook theirs then my own.
