Calories for moving day.

Anyone moved house recently? Wondered if you had calculated any kind of calorie use involved with the physicality of moving house. No time to exercise today but lots of picking up, carrying walking and unpacking. Any ideas??

I moved a friend a couple months back...I def counted those calories!!!

HRM would help best for that. You burn a lot more than house cleaning. You could try this website...good guestimate type thing..
