My husband went to Costco and purchased a really big bag of snap peas. I looked online for recipes and found baking them with olive oil.
Do you have any suggestions besides that?

Steaming them is great, or use in a stir 'fry' dish, and I use them fresh (cleaned) in slices in a salad. Cheers, Christy0

My children and I just eat them fresh/uncooked. Lovely burst of sweet and crunchy with absolutely no fuss!0

We steam them and use them as the veggie side dish with grilled chicken, pork chops and lean cuts of steak.0
