Grrrr. Went over calories by 250 today!
Was under by almost the same amount yesterday so it balances out in the end but still! I hate seeing that little minus sign
Will be working twice as hard tomorrow to burn it off!
Every Thursday my boss gets everyone something from Tim Hortons so I did my research and see that the strawberry's & yogurt is only 140 cal (weird that vanilla is more by 20 cal?). Friday, however is going to be quite the challenge. He takes everyone out for lunch the first Friday of each month... for either all you can eat chinese, a fish & chips place or a pizza place... yikes. This shall be an interesting few days...
Its so hard to eat low cal when there are so many tempations! I just keep trying to tell myself that I can do this, and by summer be well on the way to a new me!

A good BIG salad is usually what i get and I take my own lo cal drsg. I have alot of friends that do not need to lose weight and few that could stand to lose a few pounds but that is their decision, i know this when they are whining this summer at the lake i won't be!!0

Got lucky today my minuses were in mostly fiber, couldn't believe I was over by 17 in fiber. You will get on track. Some of it is learning what combos keep you full without hiking calories or a certain macronutrient like my nemesis fat, LOL! I know you will do it tomorrow. Maybe you will be like Goldilocks, a little too little, then a little too much so tomorrow will be just right! LOL! I know corny huh! :laugh:

i've done some research on tim horton... you can also get some vegetable soup for pretty good calorie count.. that would be nice and filling too0
