Hi everyone would you be oh so kind and take a look at my diary to make sure that I am doing everything correctly? Meaning am I eating right, eating enough? Please check the past week and let me know if you need anymore info.

doesn't look bad...you're definitely changing things up instead of eating the same thing over and over...just don't run yourself too low on some days...but it looks good!

Ok, I'm no expert but - you have a sweet tooth and you are leaving too large a deficit. On one day you had 1000cals left over!!
If I were you I would try to eat slightly cleaner and introduce a bit more veg if you can. But that's just my opinion.
As you are asking for us to check is there another reason? Are you losing weight steadily (or maintaining)? Do you feel well? Is your skin and hair good?

I don't think you are eating enough and what you are eating is a bit too overprocessed. Balance the bad with the good. I eat bread and crisps, but will then balance that with lean proteins and huge portions of veg etc.

Yes actually I only have a sweet tooth when a certain time of the month comes and I am working on that slowly winging my self off but thats what I was worried about the deficit because I'm not hungry all the time and my hair and skin are good my energy is good but my weight is slowly coming off so idk if that has something to do with it plus I work at night so its really hard to know when to eat. Thank you for your feedback.

    Less brownies, more veggies.
And coffee alone isn't a great breakfast.
    But good variety!

You can always rename the meal names and make them time segments, so it fits how you use it more. That's under Food and Settings.

More than welcome. I would suggest, as another poster put - to time segment your diary instead and try to stick to three good meals with snacks in between. Try to work with your shift pattern so that you get what you need into your body. If 12am is your breakfast have the coffee and some cereal or youghurt with fruit or something. Also, pay attention to your vitamin intake as working nights can leave you with a deficit of some. I read a post this morning in another section here were a lady was talking about 'starvation mode' and her weight loss etc. It was quite a good read and the moral was - do not employ a constant deficit. Find healthy and easy ways of upping your calories a bit and you might just kick-start yourself again.
    Good luck

I work nights too...from 6pm to 6am...but I consider everything that I eat after midnight still part of the day before until I go to sleep...so from the time I wake up til the time I go to sleep then that's my day...and I always start out with breakfast at 4:30pm...I know it sounds crazy but it's keeping my body in gear with the way I would normally eat on a regular day shift, breakfast as soon as I wake up and dinner when I get home at 7am

Many people just name them time segments like "12am - 2am" "2am - 4am" or however you'd like to break it down.
