Expats, Study Abroad Students, etc - Add me!!

Hey all,
I am trying to get back on here for good, and keep up with this!

I have been travelling in Europe all summer (which has made it tough keeping up with MFP), and I'm now studying in Norway! Now that I have a normal schedule again, I believe I can keep up with this site and this commitment! I am from the US. I have to admit it is hard to get used to buying food and figuring out what to cook while, not just studying but also being in a foreign country (with REALLY expensive food I must add!)

And also I'd like the support of some people like me : students, and/or in a foreign country! Or, just anyone helpful and friendly ;-)
