I really seem to be missing that extra 500 calories!
I've been trying to eat more protein and high fibre foods,
drinking lots of water but I am still hungry!
Has anyone experienced this? Any tricks to get over it?

Hang in there, everyone feels that way. I have a picture of myself on the fridge of when I was in great shape and that kind of helps with the cravings and hunger.0

If it's at the moment you can try drinking a glass of milk, or an apple, it's keep you from feeling deprived and going the binge route instead.:bigsmile:
If it's during the day you get hungry, perhaps spread your meals out through out the day...healthy snacks in between... a carb/protein combo works well!0 -
I just cooked up brown rice and vegies doused in soy and oyster sauce...
THAT worked! I'm so full!0
