these last 20lbs

After weigh in this morning I only have 20lbs to go to my goal weight. I hear the last 20lbs are the hardest. Any suggestions for these last 20lbs?

Don't expect them to come off as quickly. Shoot for .5 to 1 lb a week. If you're not already doing some kind of strength training, start now. You don't have to go to the gym -- bodyweight strength exercises are quite effective. If you find that something isn't working, change it -- if you stall in your weight loss, you may not be eating enough, or you might need to increase your protein, or lower your sugar, etc. But just keep pushing forward.0
