quit smoking 6 months and 30 lbs ago. feel bad and look bad. I'm ready toturn this around.

    You obviously have dedication - proven already.

    Now it's on to tackle the next obstacle! You can do it.

    I didn't gain my weight from quitting (I used Chantix 2.5 years ago) - but I know how hard it is... and I am smoke free and soon (well, relatively) will be fat free too!

    Well done!!

    I stopped in March 2007, gained a whole heap of weight, and joined MFP to deal with that issue! I feel fabulous now, keep up the good work and the benefits just keep keep coming back atchya!!

    Congratulations! I quit April 4th :) About 6 months ago! and I am another 30lbs down! I feel amazing and I wish you did too! Don't feel sad you should feel AMAZING!!
