I lost 10 pounds, but have been at the weight for 3 WEEKS now!
It just stopped coming off! I don't think I can reduce my calorie intake,
I just barely meet my MFP suggested calories per day.
I heard about the "plateau" but never experienced it before.
Does anyone have any suggestions for getting things going again???

  • Have you done measurements as well as weighing yourself? Maybe you will see results there?
Try to switch up your workout routine. I am not sure of what you are doing now but shocking your body will help.

increase your water intake, i heard that helps get over the plateau. I am at the same boat right now and i am complimenting that strategy. I am drinking at least 80 oz water a day.

ooo yea also, like someone else just said, you might be loosing fat pounds but gaining muscle pounds, so measure your waist, arms, hip and thigh and keep a track of those too

Know what your talking about, I've been stuck for about 1 1/2 weeks. One word for you "patience". You will see continued success. One suggestion would be to change up your exercise routine, some times this will shock your system and get things going in the right direction again.
