So amazing for you...and really, anything with ginger is great, but that's just my opinion
  • Yum. I drink it almost everyday. I just slice ginger root very thinly in a cup. Boil water and pour over ginger and let is steep at least 15 minutes..I like it really spicy. I add Volcano Organic Lemon juice and Honey to taste...It is so refreshing and just plain delicious. Here is a link that shows some it's wonderful health benefits:

  • It's awesome for you! New studies are coming out all the time proclaiming newly discovered benefits. Plus no caffeine so it can be consumed at night.

I just started trying a lifestyle change via Ayurveda. And one of the things that is recommended while weening yourself off of caffeine is Ginger Tea. So I've been drinking Ginger tea all week...3 cups a day sometimes, and I've noticed that I have been falling asleep a lot during the day. Not sure if it is the lack of coffee this week or if i'm generally tired. But I also noticed I'm not hungry as much and I haven't had any caffeine headaches. Has anyone else experienced similar findings?

They make ginger green tea too if you want to add in ginger without leaving your green tea. I have some by Tazo.
  • I brew a large pot (6 litre) of Ginger tea at least once a week. Ginger root, honey, lemon and cayenne pepper. Great for an upset stomach as well as a general energy boost.
