Nandos chicken calories ?

Hey i am so confused .Most of the internet sites say that a quarter perri chicken (breast ) has 443 kcals. However on their nandos uk site it says that a quarter breast piece has only 137 calories .
I had 2 breast pieces today and dont know how many calories i consumed.137 x 2 or 443 x 2?

    i would go by what it says on the nandos website , after all , they cook the chicken :happy:

    137 seems low considering that there is skin on the chicken.

    I just checked another restaurant's site and they say a rotisserie cooked chicken breast with the skin is 290 calories.

    I wish I could be more helpful.
