im WAY PAST ready

ok so i said awhile ago that i was gonna start goig hard on this lifestyle change and acvtually doing it... but a few personal things happened right then and they got in the way. sitting here right now, i am furious with myself. i feel huge! my weight is like 210 and that disgusting that i let myslef get here! i never wanted to get to 200 a all and look at me now. im so sick of it that i am starting my lifestayle change now. if i keep living the way i have been, i will be 300 this time next year i bet. i dont even want to think about it! my first goal is to be 200 pounds by oct. 2. some people dont beleive in setting stict goals but i honeslty need to do it like it it helps me personally! please support me on my journey!!!!!! and please leave comments and tips about anything that may help! im ready to lose weight and be thin and healthy!

    let your motivation be " im here for a reason, dont let yourself get that way again, stick to it this time" thats what gets me thru it. as bad as i want to sabbotage myself with food very often, i think that i busted my *kitten* hard to get this far, so why should a night of eating set me back 2-3 lbs..dont do it..good luck
