Need some advice

Sorry for posting this question again but I have tried to get some advice on this 3 times and no one has replied. I completed level I & 2 of 30ds without a break. However I was unable to start into level 3 straight away and am finding it hard to get started again. So I have had a break from the shred for just over a week. My question is will I benefit from the inch loss just as well if I just start level 3 now or should I start all over from level 1 again.

I would start a level two for a couple of days then move to level 3. I think where it has been so soon, you might find level 1 too easy, plus if something comes up again you might never complete the whole program.0

I noticed you haven't been logging meals. If you aren't providing your body with enough nutrients, you will eventually reach a point where you don't have the energy or strength to continue your work out.
Just something to consider.0 -
Do what feels right for your body. You don't want to exacerbate anything.

To be honest I can't figure out what the one inch loss, (congratulations!) has to do with anything. Anyway, In the grand scheme, it doesn't really matter as long as you get back to it. So, my advice is to not over think it. If you feel more comfy going back to level 2 for a couple of days then that's what you should do. If you want to start over, then do that. Or just pick up with level 3. I promise none of us will tell Jillian you didn't do it for 30 days straight. JUST DO IT!
